"Both my sons turned 1 and 4 years old, and this was the perfect getaway to spend quality time with their out-of-town grandparents. There was no snow in the forecast and we woke up Tuesday morning with a couple inches of snow on the ground and big flakes falling from the sky. First time both of my boys got to see snow. The gas fireplace was perfect, no need to worry about wood logs, hot embers or ash. Before the snow arrived I was able to take my son down to the lake shore to teach him to cast a fishing pole. We also did some tubing at the nearby snow valley. Snowdrift tubing park was not open yet. We would be delighted to return again."

"Jon H went above and beyond to help us with a beeping noise coming from the property next door. He was able to track down the owner and address the issue. The tree top cabin was clean and a nice place to relax with family. Very quiet neighborhood."

The cabin itself is beautiful & cozy, the location was ideal—close enough to town for convenience, but far enough to offer complete tranquility. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, our host Steve is the best. He provided great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Overall, this cabin was the perfect getaway, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful, peaceful setting!"

"This property has been lovingly restored. They tell the history of the Lake Arrowhead area and the restoration of their cabin, complete with photos. The restoration was very thoughtfully done. The cabin includes all of the essential for a very comfortable stay (e.g., kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking basics, small dishwasher, washer dryer, gas fireplace to ensure cozy days in winter, etc.). Location is in easy proximity to grocery and restaurants."
