Dishonest hotel information

"I booked the room for 5 people. When we arrived for check in, we were to that only 4 people could stay at the booked price and we would have to pay an additional P500 for the 5th person! So we paid it because we had no choice. This is >very wrong!!!"

"The resort is self-contained so once you enter you have all you need within the premises. The Chocolate Museum is a one of a kind, producing World Renowned Chocolate, in front of your eyes. Many activities for children. Bird shows, games, swimming pool, arts and crafts. The food is very good and high quality served in ample proportions or buffet style at times"

"The room was nice, with nice amenities. The restaurant food for night dining was only a 5 out of 10, and a rat walked under our table. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. For the price, I expected better experience."

Resort Feel 1BR Beside SM Mall ground floor unit

"We booked for 2 nights and never use it... the place had a hole and it's unsafe. The fridge was so stinky...the sink have a dirty rugs.. We end up to stay somewhere coz it was like almost 10pm and we need to get some rest since we have a long day.. The host never communicate anymore when i tried to reach out about some issues in the unit. We're trying to have our money back since we never stay the unit... it was a terrible experienced. Never ever book this unit..they need to fix it for safety of their clients."

"Great experiance here. It is a large house in a gated residential neighborhood; sort of like a Bed and Breakfast crossed with an international travelers hostel. I met people from four different countries. Food is very European and atmosphere was welcoming. The owners are very nice and everything worked. I will be returning for the food alone."

"I recently stayed at a house in the Talomo District of Davao City with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. The care given by Arnil was exceptional—he was always eager to help and quick to resolve any issues that arose. The house itself was a perfect home base for our Davao City adventures. One thing to note is that the location can be a bit tricky for some drivers to find, so be prepared to explain the directions. However, once you arrive, you'll find that the house is conveniently situated for exploring the city. My family and I had a great time, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Davao."
