"This is a boutique-type property. Not your typical hotel, more like rooms for rent. The room was small but very clean. Comfortable beds, hot shower, a small refrigerator with some drinks & equipment for our morning coffee. A short walk from the train station. We did a self-check in that took a few attempts, but once inside, received our keys. Highly recommend."

If you know what time you are arriving, phone ahead as there is no reception / self check in at the BnB, someone comes to meet you to give you the keys. "Location was 10 out of 10, super close to whatever and wherever you need to visit in Milan The staff was nice and helpful This is not a hotel though, it’s kind of service apartments type which they only have a floor or two of the building with some rooms. The entrance you need to take your luggages of few stairs and then into a tiny lift to 3rd floor where the reception is. It’s very secure though.
