The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. "We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "
