"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

However, I wasn’t able to talked to him because we’re on different time zone. To make the story short, my niece showed up at the place without the rest of the family and the caretaker help my niece registered...

"Property is good but some critters are present during our stay"

"The check-in was a nightmare. The guards at the front gate will not let us in!! We hit a dead end. There was no help desk. There was no communication between the property owner and expedia. We were required a QR code, which were not provided to us prior. We have a pay an extra night to get a temporary unit for the night, it was so late. The security officer suggested to get us a condo from a 3rd party seller. I have travelled the world, Europe, USA and central America. This is the worst...
