"We had some problem in our first room and they immediately moved us to a better room. The only concern we have is that there is no 'non-skid' mat on the bath tub, there is no holding bar to hold on to. It is slippery when wet. Please provide rubber mat on the tub to prevent accident. Thank to you all the nice and hardworking staff and specially the waiters and head waiter during breakfast and dinner. Thank you much!"

"Set in a slightly tired area and trying to improve. The bar and restaurant area has been nicely renovated. The hotel is a work in progress and the renovation work in the rooms is clearly done on a very tight budget. It feels like it will continue to improve. On a positive side the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The area is OK but has seen better days."
