"This is a very nice property. Comfy beds, nice decor, friendly staff, nice TVs and fixtures. Well worth the $150! The pool is clean and there's a nice communal seating area with welcome shade in the courtyard. The breakfast is average,but the sel-serve beer and wine bar in a plus...when it's up and running. Plenty of restaurants nearby. "

"It looked even better in person than the great pictures. A highlight was eating at the table next to the heated pool and watching the golfers play on the golf course. Pickleball and tennis courts were just across the golf course. And Spanish Springs Village Center was a short walk or golf cart ride away."

"Lovely comfortable room and super convenient to Brownwood Paddock Square. Spacious room with king sized bed. Only downside were noisy doors closing in hallway of other rooms at random times of night. We had a 3 night stay and heard the doors every night which became a bit annoying "
