"Such a magical place to stay for the nearby town. All of the Harry Potter filming locations were awesome to see and the town was so chill. There was something very D&D about checking in with the bar keep to get a room at the Inn above the pub. We absolutely loved staying here, and everyone was extremely kind. "

"Overall quite good, however there was no formal means of check out; no one to leave the room key with, no one to report a faulty waste on the bathroom sink, by chance a chef was using the other guest room so the key was left with him. perhaps some thought should be given to this!"

"Convenient stay in Lacock. Very close walking distance to the village centre. Comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Good parking."

"Booked in here after a bad stay at another hotel (where we checked out early) and it was fantastic. The reception team were amazing and said we could have our room at 12pm which was 3 hours before scheduled check in. We actually got a room we didn’t like at first and they swapped it instantly no problems asked. We had a check in call a few hours after checking in and the breakfast team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. This is a dog friendly hotel and our doggos had a lovely relaxing stay. We always stay regularly with marriot so have come to expect this type of great service. Will be back very soon!"
