Great location near the front and all local amenaties etc. 1st time staying hear, but we will 100% be using this is our new no1 choice when staying over in cleathorpes again in the future. "Lovely spacious double room. With the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Good size shower and strong shower spray. Very friendly staff, owner is the breakfast chef and the breakfast was excellent. Had steak on our 1st night, i have to say its best steak I've had for a long time and with proper homemade chips. Village is small enough to wander around to walk with various sites to see. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! "What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home. Breakfast every morning is cooked fresh and very decent coffee. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"We were a family party of 16, 4 children 2.5 to 13 and 12 adults. The house is roomy and spacious, pool table excellent but darts broken for the dart board so couldn't play had to go out and buy some. Kitchen was okay, there is no garden though so anyone with animals you have to make sure they don't go near the road. No electric charging point for cars which i pointed out to the owner. It is an old property so expect clanky pipes etc. Manager met us at the property to explain the fire alarm...
