"This condo worked perfectly for our needs. It was very well-equipped and within walking distance of Old Quebec (20 min.). Also, it was a few short blocks from St. Jean Street which had all kinds of shops and restaurants, including a grocery store. The only thing that did not work for us was parking on the street. So we parked at Place Quebec, about a 10 min. walk away from the condo."

"C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique "

Il y a un grand escalier à monter pour se rendre au condo et la neige peut parfois rendre l'exercice difficile mais ce n'est pas insurmontable. La chambre en mezzanine peut rendre la cohabitation bruyante mais pas invivable. Mathieu aura été un hôte très proactif et "sur la coche". Merci"

The location is amazing, especially if you’re at the winter carnival and the flat was well appointed comfortable, and had a studying ambience of the old town. 5 star experience. "
