"We had problems getting into the Condo. When we called the phone number (for Evolve) we followed the instructions to get help, and it would tell us we didn't have a reservation and hung up. I Finally I followed the instructions for a new reservation and got a live person on the phone. They then were able to contact the owner and get the problem solved. "Nice apartment in a very convenient location. The apartment is located over a bar which I thought would cause some noise issues but never did. The only concern I would have is going and coming with children at night as many of the bar patrons are outside. This did not cause my family an issue but we only have an adult daughter. We did experience and issue but the landlord quickly came up with a solution and we had a great weekend at this location. I would stay here again. "

"We’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO rentals and this is by far the best. The beautifully renovated unit really is stunning. The location is incredible. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and a knock-out bakery (Niedlov’s). But the attention to detail in regard to guest comfort really makes this place a cut above all the rest. "We were here for a softball tournament. There were 2 moms and 2 daughters. We loved it! The girls thought the couch was so comfy. The location to all the shops and places were great. We did think it was a little different that it was in a warehouse district. If you are a light sleeper, put on calming music, because there is a train. Overall, check in and out was easy. "This property is 5 star in all respects except for the lack of silverware , dishtowels, and dishwashing cloths. Another factor is no live TV. If that was in the description, we missed it, but if you want to watch a game or news or anything in real time, its not available. Otherwise, it's a great place, good location, clean, well-furnished and the owner is very responsive."
