"Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be."

"Stayed over following an event based at the hotel. Lovely friendly hotel, amazing food served buffet style for the evening event. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out.
