"Really enjoyed the knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. Karla and Jimena went above and beyond. It s noisy but still worth the stay. Brought my elderly parents and they enjoyed it as well despite the stairs. "

Al rato, llega una pareja y me dice que conoce a la gente del hotel, pero no es que se hace responsable. Abren, me dan una toalla, las llaves, me indica los lugares, y se terminó la relación hasta que me fui. No había agua caliente en el baño. Había cucarachas en los pisos de varias partes del hotel, en mi habitación y en el baño. "
