"When we booked this place we spent months excited about it and talking about how cool it would be. And then we got there and it lived up to all of our hopes and more! We stayed for a month and never got tired of the amazing view from the castle to the grounds and from the grounds to the castle. We spent hours hiking in the woods and playing kickball on the main lawn. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. We had a nice room with table and chairs so, whilst no food was on offer, we were able to go to the nearby supermarket for supplies, and have a little picnic in the room after a long journey. The bed was comfortable and, despite our initial concerns, there was no noise from the nearby busy roads. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast included in the price. A great stay and excellent value for money!"
