"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

"This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend if you love breathtaking vistas, history, and wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Went out of their way to be accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the geothermal heated pool overlooking the valley. Spa services available onsite as well. Jacuzzi, massage and IR sauna. I came upon this out of last minute necessity and plan return trip there on my next visit. "

"We highly recommend staying here! Staying within the walled city is an amazing experience and this accommodation is within easy walking distance to all the stores, shops, and cellar doors. "The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped."

"Accueil très sympathique, appartement spacieux et la piscine est un atout majeur pour un week end de repos en famille. L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...

"Very well heated in the cold winter weather, staff is friendly. Would make the stay much nicer if there were the usual small food counter in the room (electric water boiler, cups and spoons, and just some complimentary tea bags and coffee). It was a bit tough without even the possibility to buy a cup of something hot or get a snack after checking in on a cold winter day in the afternoon, because the restaurant was closed until dinner time which was 8-9 pm only."

"It was very picturesque when we drove up, very much a Tuscan Villa. Emma greeted us with a smile and a beverage of choice right when we arrived. The rooms was a perfect size, the bathroom very nice and the views were incredible. Emma helped advise us on the best dinner spots in town and how best to navigate in town. "What a spectacular stay! My family chose this place as home base for our week in Tuscany and it’s literally one of the most incredible places we have ever stayed- the building has an amazing history- the rooms were beautiful and furniture stunning- lots of hot water- very clean- high quality linens etc The breakfasts prepared by the owner were over the top good- and she always lefts many cakes- desserts and snacks for my family - as well as fruit- treats and drinks - there are many restaurants...

"Stunning property with stunning views. The room was exceptional…large comfortable beds. But the views! The restaurant downstairs was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and I once lived in Italy for 11 years. The Ragu was best ever. The hosts and staff were friendly and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful"

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. Rooms opened up to private courtyard. Restaurant meals were delicious, service was impressive and food portions were great. Thank you for taking good care of our family of 5."
