"Showed up with visiting family from the states. I live here in Costa Rica and have never been disappointed on a such level with a hotel and Expedia's response. Turns out the hotel had recently experienced a major power failure. As such, the hotel had to reduce its overall consumption and had to turn power off to all air conditioning machines and the pools filters and pumps.
