"Nice modern clean apartment with partial sea view from living room and bedroom. Stayed on 5th floor and had no issue with noise. There are 2 apartments per floor. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which is not associated with the apartments. It was quiet. Access is via keypad beside entrance. Code provided on day of arrival. Had requested earlier access if possible but not given until allocated check in at 3pm. Stayed 4 night, cleaning service provided mid stay. Nice small rooftop...

Dolores and Marcial were great to deal with and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, meeting us from the airport, explaining the security, television etc.etc. Great holiday with no complaints. "Lovely spacious apartment that was very clean and modern and high tech. The public areas were beautifully designed and clean and the property had a lovely rooftop terrace. However, sometimes the high tech appliances, such as the oven was difficult to operate so perhaps some instructions would be of help as we couldn't use it! Also, the toilet seat was hanging off all the hooks and stayed like that for the duration of our stay ( 4 nights) despite me notifying the owner. Overall, it was a nice...

"The apartment is in a lovely private complex and the outlook with seaview, pool view, lovely terrace and furniture were great. You're very central walking 150m youre on the promenade at Plata Bastian, 7-8 min walk through a cut you're in the square, 5 min to supermarket etc. Host was avaluable for questions and we were met by local lady for check in. Cant fault these points but..... The apartment is in need of TLC and as regular apt hirers this one was poor by comparison to others in the town....

"Celeste right in the centre of all bars & restaurants. Nice apartment on 1st floor but considering it was a 2 bedroom it was short on seating in the lounge area, only a 2 seater settee no chair. Luckily there were just 2 of us so it was ok. Front patio area never in sun, back patio good. The cleaning staff were excellent & changed towels regularly as well as cleaning. Reception were very polite & helpful. Will be back it good value for money"

"Perfect location,tidy and bright.Bathroom was clean but the shower drain area was partially blocked and appeared to back up into the shower at times. In addition, the washing machine got stuck mid cycle and would not finish a cycle,remaining impossible to open again.Representative was late by 45 minutes on our arrival."

"Great apartment with everything you need for your stay in Puerto Del Carmen. Fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and more! Nice little touches like milk, water and even biscuits left for your arrival. Not too far from the main drag and the beach but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet this apartment offers. Florence is a pleasure to deal with and we will be back! "

"Fantastic location in the old town with an amazing 180 degree view of the harbour, sea and mountains. The food was great as was most of the staff. Cleanliness was very good. But what let it down was the horrible old furniture, curtains with holes in the blackout curtains. The worst of all was the old uncomfortable, worn out beds. The apartment was like something from the 1980s . The pool was fantastic, but the bar and restaurant badly need to be refurbished. Which is such a pity as the Venue...
