"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "

"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "It’s third time that we stayed in Nice Home Lido. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Two minutes walk to the beach. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby, about 12 minutes walk to the train station. 20 minutes bus or tram from airport to hotel which is so convenient. Me and my husband love it. We definitely will go back again. "
