"It was a little hard to find but the welcome was excellent, the location was in beautiful country, peaceful and unspoilt yet only 2km off the road to Auch. The owner is a wonderful cook so dinner and breakfast were superb with a nice wine menu. The room and bathroom were well decorated, everything to like."

"Staff good . Bedding clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not working, mouldy shower ceiling, carpet very worn. Whole hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast buffet not great choice. Overpriced. Car parking very easy and hotel was not noisy. Would not use again unless keen to stay in Parthenay."

The people working at the hotel were super helpful, providing an option to manage our late arrival, providing breakfast at short notice and helping with any questions we had. The family room we stayed in was large and easily accommodate two adults and two kids. "

"We had a wonderful week at this beautiful gite. Brigitte and Lionel were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The gite itself and grounds are beautifully maintained - we felt super relaxed when we left having spent the week swimming, lying in hammocks and exploring the nature in the garden. "Beautiful estate with massive potential, but comes up short in the quality of the accommodations. The room was a little stuffy, and there is no air conditioning which made for a rough nights sleep. The highlight of our visit was the amazing dining experience and the overall excellent service from the staff. "

"A special treat to stay in a chateau, so a bonus to also be able to have dinner there too. We stayed in the chateau itself rather than the renovated outbuildings, which was fun. Lovely buffet breakfast too. Very reasonable too, IMHO."
