"Our stay was towards the end of the season: September and service stopped after lunch until 18.00 when the bar re-opened. However, there were plenty of cafes and bars on the seafront to take advantage. Built to represent an ocean liner there were plenty of long corridors and stairs, so if you wish to test your fitness here is the opportunity. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good. "The location is amazing, very peaceful, surrounding villages are stunning, overall a great location. The hotel, though, was quite old and run down. We booked as thought to be family and child friendly but it seems more targeted for senior visitors. The swimming pool was a good surprise, nice and big, perfect for the hot weather. The main problem was lack of air conditioning, it was a very hot day/night, making it impossible to sleep with the heat. "

"The bathrooms and all public toilets were really unclean and smelly. Everything else was good. The food on our last evening however must have been out for several days as the bread was rockhard and the salads were dry- maybe had been out at lunchtime then put out again. No need for rubbish bread in France!!"
