"The property is tired. The Kitchens repainted grey pine units are wearing. The Bathroom and Toilet have sanitary wear dating back to the 1960's. There is a feeling that while the equipment and furniture provided is plentiful it is all enjoying at least a second life here. The garden is uncared for. This is a well presented house with lots of space, and the enclosed garden is private and secure. He also graciously gifted us a bottle of wine on arrival from his own vineyard!
