"This property is about a 15 minute walk to the center of old town. We were able to park our car in the drive way and not drive until we were ready to leave which was a real plus. The bed in the back bedroom is more the size of a regular bed so smaller for 2 adults. Martine was there to check us into the house and allowed us to stay later in the check out. "

"The apartment had everything we need for a short stay. The photographs were clearly taken sometime ago and the place could do with some re-decoration. The bed was not at all comfortable for me and it is also worth noting that there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment which may be an issue for some. "We wanted to find a town to just relax in and we picked Aix. It was important to have a comfortable place as we were staying 13 nights. This place was perfect. One block over from rue Mirabeau. No more than 8 min walk to any of main squares in old town. Perfect location to go to all the amazing outdoor markets. And grat local restaurants less. Than five min walk. Only tiny complaint. The couch very uncomfortable a new little solid love seat would be preferable "

The apartment is on a pedestrian street. busy during the day but very quiet at night.and five minutes from the Rotonde.
