"Disgusting place. First room I opened the door and smelled horrible, had roaches running around, and was dirty. They then changed my room to a “clean” room which obviously had not been cleaned either with dirty sheets and not even a top sheet. Oh and they stole my €100 “deposit” and didn’t return it. Next time I will sleep in the street. "

"The staff were warm, attentive and helpful. This was especially important for me because it was our first time traveling to Valencia Spain. I was there with my family to run the Valencia marathon.
