"clean and pretty room .. friendly staff .. had a lovely dinner in their restaurant ’Geso’ where we felt especially well looked after - it’s the little things like being willing to serve our salads on individual plates even though we were sharing one, that makes the difference (not sure why this impressed me so much; maybe because we would definitely get an eye roll in Ottawa or at most the offer to bring an extra plate and you divvy it up yourselves) we will definitely book this hotel on our next Montreal shopping trip!"
