"Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus. My only qualm is that the beds were a bit old and that the couch in the room just took up a lot of space when trying to sort out our massive ski bags… overall very happy with the stay!"

"The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms. Ver clean and nice also at the center of Sapporo

"The room was very clean and I could see that they paid attention to many small details in amenities. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and I wish I could stay at the same type of hotels during rest of my Japan trip at different cities."

"The hotel is in a convenient location with easy walking to many sites, shoppings, and restaurants. We have three people in the room and the arrangement made for us is very well laid out with three large twin beds and a sitting area. The room is clean with all the amenities provided. "

"The location is very good and the property is well maintained. Only complaint was the gentleman at front desk that I asked about the spa he was not very patient and does not want me to finish talking before he talks. Very rare for a Japanese to behave like that."
