"Clean and efficient. 2 blocks from train line, grocery stores and a small amount of restaurants. Really anywhere you stay in Tokyo central you will be training it to each place you want to see. A little far to see the south end of Japan and so we will return. Hot water, big shower, efficient washing machine. Rice cooker kettle and microwave, small fridge. 2 burner stove. We found it suitable for our needs. "

"The beds were uncomfortable, although this is normal for westerners in Japanese beds. Bring a pillow or get a western-style if this is a dealbreaker. The refrigerator power outlet went out early in the stay, but we used another outlet. The location is fantastic, very close to Hasunuma Station, the entrance is 15-20 feet from a 7-11 and there are plenty of restaurants and such around.
