"The check-in process was very smooth from the moment we were greeted as our car pulled into the property. We were able to do some pre-check in as we arrived in the morning and allowed to park our cars there as we explored the town and shops. Upon check-in we were provided small gifts (including beautiful small drawstring bags for all the ladies). "Wonderful experience for our family trip. Staff are kind , considering, and organizing. The place itself is very clean, authentic, and unique in terms of architecture of the building and facilities. I would love to revisit it. "

"Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs."
