"We picked this hotel because of their excellent Travel Desk services. From the very first Manjusha was very responsive and helped us with our travel bookings. We made a last minute decision to go to Kochi and were looking for someone local to help with travel arrangements. Manjusha helped with picking out trip ideas for us as well as arranging a car and driver. Everything was reasonably priced and well coordinated. The hotel itself was good with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet which was included was very good. I’d recommend this place especially their concierge services."

The hotel has a nice pool and children's pool and a large gym which we used during our stay. The cafe served a range of options for both dinner and breakfast which suited our family needs.
