"I travelled with my 9-year-old, and it was truly an amazing experience! The highlight of our trip was the kids club, which had activities all day long to keep children engaged and entertained. The staff there were beyond wonderful—especially the lady handling check-ins in the morning. She and the rest of the team knew my child by name, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. My daughter was so happy with her experience that we are already planning another trip back, this time with my sister and her three kids—all because of the kindness and care of the kids club staff! Beyond that, the resort itself was fantastic. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall service was exceptional.
