No help with your luggage or even provide a dolly to carry your stuff. The shower kept leaking into the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom smells terrible all the time and I think it’s coming out of the shower area from underground. They don’t change your sheets every time. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything going on next door and outside (including constructions).. the cleaning leady is very sweet but other than that, terrible!

The Bad: The bathroom (WC) of our room was filled with SEWER FUMES with unbearably horrible smell. Fortunately we were allowed to go to another room. There is almost no sound privacy. The sound of the guests talking in adjacent rooms easily traveled into ours. We had to tolerate the love-making sounds of OOHS and AHHS most of the time -- all too annoying and disruptive! The Good: The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always willing to address any requests or to find solutions to problems. The included breakfasts were very good, with many varieties, with one exception being the lack of decent coffee. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel -- PEARLY HOTEL. I will avoid it at all costs.

The hotel was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the sea was stunning, and it was great to have morning coffee on the deck just before a swim as the Mediterranean is located just a few feet away across the street. Our package included breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was nice but also the downfall of the hotel. Although the food was good and they have a great selection for the half board and full menu the wait staff is not attentive and often forgot to dring out dishes. The area is a great vibe safe and will stay there again for sure.

It is in front of konyaalti beach ( my favorite in Antalya , so clean water) . Just you have to cross the road . Very beautiful location and nice breakfast. Also staff is friendly!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with any problems we had. The hotel restaurant was one of the best restaurants we tried while in Antalya. I would highly recommend it. In the perfect location in the middle of the strip on the beach and not too far from attractions.
