"This is 2nd time we have been here and both times the place has been perfect. Great area for walks and 2 minutes walk to beach and 5minutes to Awhitu Winery. We hope to be back again some time soon. Thanks to the hosts as great communication, and ever thing as per the Bookabach site"

"Clean, tidy and safe with the most comfortable bed! Enjoyed my stay. Was convenient and close to Henderson, personally feel that it was more affordable and nicer than the available motels for similar price in the area. "

"The place is nice but wrongly advertised. In stayz it said 3 bedroom for 6 adults. But when arrived they weee only 5 bedding. 2 queen and a single. Where is the sixth person going to sleep. He had to check into a motel nearby. When contacted the owner he said, you can see the picture on advertisement, only single. Totally not satisfied with explaining the situation. Then goes quite until I checked out. Please read the before booking and get confirmation. But the place is brand new and very clean...

"This was a really great place to stay as it seemed to be the best location we could have chosen. At the beginning there was one bed missing but the owner got that issue sorted within literally minutes so great service! Would recommend."

"We did enjoy our stay, however a couple of comments were the pool does not have a view as stated, and would have been great if there were more pantry staple items, like salt ... etc ,few more basics would have make cooking more easier ."

"Would have given 5 stars but the main bedroom with ensuite the mattress was very hard . Very clean, good location, modern environment and nice décor. All toiletries supplied , nice touch . Thank you 🙂"

"Very happy with our stay. Room was as per website, comfy bed, convenient to CBD and served its purpose. The only thing was having to leave our keys in the room when departing (as instructed) which we couldn't as you need the swipe key to get down lift and through all doors. So we left it in the lockbox we got it out of at the dront entrance. Thinks this needs addressing. "

"I liked that The property is located within 15 min walk to the Explorer bus stop at the Art Galery/Alber park. The apartment was cleaned every 5 days and the kitchen was very well equipped. "
