Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and was far too firm, which gave both guests some bad nights sleep. The shower had 2 settings, boiling or freezing. "Horrible experience. I was traveling to Berlin for one night and upon arrival I found the hotel front door closed. Apparently this is normal as there is no staff on hand unless there is a check-in due however this prompted me to give the hotel a call. The lady on the phone then (in a very rude manner) informed me that the booking I had had been cancelled by hotels.com and that there were no rooms available.
