"Would highly recommend!! The views were absolutely amazing!!!! Very private quiet area! The owners were extremely accomodating with us and our arrival time with such a late flight!!! Everything you need at the house!! Cute town down the road for groceries. Lots of space!! The area was centrally located to so many areas that we wanted to visit for our trip. The hot tub was clean and a huge plus after a long day!! Yard was great for sledding!! The owner added a cute little touch of christmas...

"Very nice place. Exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. Past reviews complained about noisy upstairs tenants but no problem with this visit. Hardly heard them come and go. Gave 5 Stars for location but keep in mind this is Kremmling, not Steamboat Springs. Very good communication with the property manager. Would stay here before a motel or hotel. Definitely recommend. "

"The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to...
