"Where to start? PURO Kraków Kazimierz is exceptional, blending stylish design with thoughtful details. The ambiance is just as beautiful as in the photos. I loved the free coffee and the range of vegan breakfast options. The location is great, the pick-up point for my Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine tours was only five minutes away. It's a 25-minute walk to the old town and a short stroll to the charming Jewish Quarter - be sure to check out the nearby Sababa cocktail bar. It’s a perfect retreat from the more central tourist and shopping areas. The only downside of staying here is that you might be reluctant to leave and explore the city's attractions. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely book here again, but next time, I plan to allow more time in my itinerary to relax and enjoy the hotel. It deserves more time to be full experienced."

"I'm not usually one to write a review for much of anything. I found the hotel itself on Expedia very last minute, and it was cheap, so I wasn't expecting anything special. But this hotel provided so much value for what I paid. It was nestled into Krakow's Old Town, where I could easily walk to the main train station/there was a ton of stuff to do in the area. A bar that I met some friends at was just a couple of blocks away from the hotel. My room was clean, modern, and cozy. Even though I arrived at 1 AM, there was someone staffing the desk to check me in. I was trying to visit a place outside of Krakow the next day, and didn't know where/when I could catch a train. The person at the desk helped me with that, and gave me some recommendations for restaurants in the area. I was appreciative. I didn't expect that level of service for the price. On my last day, after I had checked out. I had an hour to kill before I left for the airport. I was able to sit in the lobby and chill out for that time. I guess in hindsight this is a courtesy pretty standard for most hotels, but to sum everything up, I was impressed by the kindness, friendliness, and overall standard of service at this hotel."

"Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10"
