"Great outdoor pool (should be open until 10pm) and spa area. (indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! "Arrived at 10.30pm after a day of visiting clients and a long drive from Dusseldorf where we got held up in a lot of traffic to find out the hotel was closed no one was there and now stuck with nowhere to go. I hadnt noticed that in the small print it states check in closes at 10pm a detail I think should be highlighted not hidden in small details. Extremely disappointed no one tried to ring or message from the hotel to see if we were arriving. I accept we were late but would have been better...
