Convenient location
Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option!

Very nice and modern
Really nicely done interior, modern look and everything super fresh. Very large room with comfortable furniture. Only missing some shelves in the bathroom and a better table in the room. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Altstadt. Convenient parking. Friendly staff!

I would have given 5 stars because the property was really clean and comfortable. The only let down was the breakfast. I've stayed here before and the breakfast was really good then, but this time there didn't seem to be enough staff to keep up with refilling the buffet. Admittedly it was very busy but so much was running out even though the staff that were there were working hard. What we had was adequate but I know it has been better. I would still stay again.

Kein Fruhstück am Sonntag vor 7Uhr und keine Info im Voraus diesbezüglich. Ich habe Sonntag mein Fruhstück für nichts bezahlt. Ich habe einen Queen size Bett gebucht und nur einen Einzelbett bekommen. Personal war nicht hilfreich gewesen und sogar genervt von meine Fragen. Sie scheinen nicht so gut ausgebildet zu sein. Keinen entgegen Leistung würde angeboten. Mein Matratze war schrecklich gewesen, viel zu weich. Gut fand ich die Sauberkeit des Unterkunft und die zentrale Position. Preisleistung Verhältnis ist nicht begründet. Viel zu teuer. Ich hatte sogar keine Möglichkeit mir einen Tee im Zimmer zu machen da keine Wasserkanne da stand…Ich werde nicht mehr kommen.

Schönes Hotel und gut gelegen zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Leider ist die Zimmerreinigung nur halbherzig, bespielweise werden die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Zwar werden nur der Anzahl der Pakplätze entsprechend die Parkausweise vergeben, es wird aber nichts gegen Fremdparker unternommen, sodass man am Ende vor einem vollen Parkplatz steht. Mein Tipp: Das Parkhaus um die Ecke ist idR nicht voll und die Tagesgebühr ist günstiger, als die des Hotels.

Nie wieder!
Folgendes lief völlig inakzeptabel und sollte dringend überarbeitet werden: diverse, grundsätzliche Buchungs- und Systemprobleme bei der Buchung und Check-In, Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, keinerlei Reaktion auf E-Mails, inkompetente und gegensätzliche Aussagen von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern, kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, keine Tür zwischen Dusche und Zimmertür/Zimmer, ich sollte zwar direkt bei Ankunft bezahlen für mehrere Nächte, habe aber bis heute (4 Tage später) noch immer keine Rechnung erhalten, statt dessen aber eine weitere unbegründete Abbuchung, sodass ich jetzt auch im Nachgang noch erheblichen Aufwand damit habe - nie wieder!
