"I booked the hotel as i was arriving into the airport at 2am and needed somewhere relatively close by for the night. This place had 24/7 check in and the taxi only cost S$25. The room was nice, cool and dark. Basic but clean and all i needed for a night. Breakfast was included but it would have been great if their shuttle service from the airport was on hand at night, i can’t think why people stay here other than because they are using the harbour / airport at inconvenient times. "Everything is good except the flushing system for the toilet bowl doesn’t work properly. Cannot flush thoroughly as the flushing is not strong enough. "

Then, there would loud water running through the pipes sound, sometimes as if it was raining outside when it wasn't raining. The constant loud noises throughout the night affected quality of sleep. "Our room was located on the first flore and very very humid. The carpet was smelling a little. The price was good for Singapore and the our kids enjoyed the pools. We also liked having a big grocery Fairprice) onsite to buy our breakfasts there and save on restaurants costs. Free shuttle every hour to get to the closest train station is very convinient. We enjoyed our stay. "

"It was my first time at this hotel. I was a little worried if the area was secluded since it's a distance from the popular shopping areas in JB. But to my surprise, the area was bustling with activities at night so I felt safe. The bed was amazing. I had great sleep for the two nights I was there. The room and bathroom were very clean too. And the beddings didn't smell of strong bleach or detergent which was wonderful for me. Good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion. I love the body lotion....
