"Loved the location but be prepared to drive through crowds if arriving by car! Staff incredibly helpful and having a car park below the hotel was great when leaving. Only downside would have liked a fridge in the room."

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on what to do around the city. There was kids playroom that kept our kids entertained for a bit. They also have an outdoor play area, which was a win in my kids' eyes. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Bruges in the future. "

"Overnight stay on my trip back to UK following a long motorcycle road trip. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious comfortable room and bed with superb pillows, large flat screen TV with UK channels and ample parking. Superb draft Belgium beer on tap and a menu to suit all tastes. At breakfast there was a wide variety of hot and cold food with French fruit and unlimited coffee. Would I stay here again ? Definitely YES "
