When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. "The house is lovely! It is really comfortable, big livingroom and bedrooms with good bathroom and kitchen that has everything you want. There is a lot of outside space. The house is nicely decorated, the owners have clearly done much more that the minimum. It really feels like staying in a friend's house. The location is great. "Location beautiful, but the property is tiny for two people. No bedding provided and then overcharged. From time of arrival did not feel comfortable and felt we were being watched. Check in after 12 hour drive took forty minutes, but key things not shown. Do not use!!"

"This place is in a great location on a train route to Munich (45 minutes to Marienplatz), or the other direction to Tutzing, which is a cute lake town worth visiting. Also situated a nice day trip away from Neuschwanstein. For Americans, take your power adapters, there were no USBs to plug into at the place. The dryer has a reservoir that collects water, that is different from American dryers, a tip if your clothes don't seem to be drying. We had fun playing the fussball game downstairs."

Ferienhaus nur teils renoviert, die alten Fenster ließen sich nicht kippen nur ganz öffnen, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Garten und Seegrundstück leider ungepflegt. "This is our fifth time in Schliersee, our first staying here. It definitely won’t be our last. Apparently super clean, ideal position with a wonderful view over the mountains. Well equipped kitchen and loads of room. Lovely hosts who stay in touch prior to and during your stay. I would definitely recommend anyone who hasn’t stayed here to think about it. "This was a perfect property for our family of 6 (4 kids aged 9-15 and two adults)! There was plenty of room and could comfortably sleep even 7. We had a lot of fun with the foosball table, kids had fun with the bunkbeds and we used the kitchen to cook a couple meals. "This hotel was an excellent stay. The price was very reasonable, and came with a lot of perks (air conditioning, dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer). The pictures outline exactly what you are getting. Parking nearby for a small fee. Great stay!"
