"We were traveling internationally and booked this property weeks in advance. The reservation was confirmed by VBRO. When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. We were left in a foreign country scrambling for a new reservation for our week-long holiday at 4pm the same day. The property owner seemed to take no responsibility for ruining our vacation. "Wir durften einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wallgau genießen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig und vor allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Dazu waren die Vermieter sehr nett und immer zur Stelle bei Fragen. Von mir gibt es daher absolut verdiente 5 Sterne und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung, ob als Paar oder Familie. Super !!!"
