"overall pretty good. capsule is on the smaller side but very cozy. The facilities are good apart from the dryer which didn't dry my clothes much after an hour. other than the dryer would stay again."

"I would stay here again for a couple of nights if needed. I stayed there just for the experience, and it was nicer than I thought it'd be. There were lockers for my carry on and separate locking areas for my large bag. It was built for comfort while you are there, but most of your time in Japan will not be at your accommodation anyway. "

"Located a short walk to the train station made this affordable, safe location very attractive. It has everything you need. The lockers are big enough to store carry on, coat and tote or backpacks with large suitcases stored in lobby storage. The savings is worth any hassle. If you plan to spend most of your time around the city, this is a perfect place to shower, sleep, check up emails and unwind."

"Wonderful self service check in. Immaculate bathrooms, showers, and sleep capsules. Those who complain about the lockers, I have to ask how did you manage to get yourself to Shinigawa if you have trouble opening a locker with a QR coded keycard?! Morons. Great capsule hotel but lots of snorers but that’s not the property’s fault. Better sound insulation between the capsules would be the only improvement I would consider worthwhile…everything else is excellent."

"I loved staying here and had a really good nights sleep. I didnt hear a sound from anyone else and the bed was really comfy and was about the size of a standard single bed.The onsen was brilliant. It was my first time sleeping in a pod and I would highly recommend it. "
