"The hotel was in a very central location, with easy access to the airport and only a few minutes away from Alexanderplatz station. East walk to museum island too. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Berlin TV tower which was nice (sadly couldn’t see anything as it was very foggy but that is not the hotel’s fault). Staff were all friendly. "I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being...

"Wir haben die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen können, da es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab früher an einen Schlüssel zu kommen oder Gepäck abzustellen.Von der Veranstaltung her(DFB Pokal Finale) wäre es sehr schwierig geworden nochmal das Hotel anzufahren. Kein bisschen Entgegenkommen. Wir mussten dann privat bei Bekannten auf dem Fußboden schlafen"
