"Property is very spacious and stylish. Lovely surroundings. Once we turned off the main road, very hard to find the property. Rough track was scary in a small vehicle - would have appreciated guidance about appropriate car hire. Problem with wardrobe doors. Could not work out how to use TV. "Really liked this hotel. Good rooms Delicious breakfast Very good spa center with swim pool, dry sauna and two turkish saunas. Skibus is not far from the entrance, down the road. By car its about 10 minutes (during the day) to the main gandola skilift, but it could take 30-40mins to come back around 4pm (traffic). Recommended "

"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept talking over me trying to say it’s a service they only provide in the afternoon when the housekeeping was attending the room in the morning the previous day .. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense. "

"Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the rooms, you can hear the others room bathrooms and staff cleaning since 6-7am. The indoor swimming pool is an open to the public water park with lot of people and kids. The saunas are good but there is loud music and very spa. Staff was really nice and they gave us an upgrade as soon as we arrived. There’s no outdoor swimming pool which is not nice for the summer. "
