"The accommodation was exactly what a group of 4 ladies required with a separate room each and 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed being able to walk into the town for dinner and a morning coffee. The beds were all comfortable. The air conditioners were a plus in the hot weather. The lock box is tricky but it was still manageable. "

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, with good amenities and comfy beds. We loved the location - just so close to Martinborough township and a fabulous wine bar just approx 100m from the front door. I would definitely stay here again.The only one suggestion I would make is that parts of the house could do with a bit of a dust - but this was not a big deal at all and it wouldn't stop me going back!"

"We had a great stay here over a weekend. House is amazing - loads of character and beautifully restored and decorated. Really appreciated being able to bring our dog. I would recommend the owners give it a good spring clean, get rid of all the cobwebs and flies, give the kitchen cupboards and drawers a vacuum etc. Also would be great to make sure there were towels etc. They were promptly provided when requested but only the towels, no dishcloths or tea towels, hand towels etc"

"The information text was clear and host responded to a query promptly. We are retired and I am disabled so was affected by a couple of areas. We'd asked about wheelchair access and were very happy that there was no problem with entering or moving about the house for me apart from two areas - the bathroom and the lounge (this area because of a beautiful shaggy rug.) "Stayed with family for 3 nights, loved the house, garden, decoration and location."

"The property was lovely, needed a dishbrush and goldie locks for dished, missing pot lids. Didn't know if floor had been cleaned as soles of feet got very dirty. Perhaps a mat at front door might help. Ensuite toilet roll holder needs tightening. An umbrella for the outdoor area would have been nice."

"Bronte House was a lovely, clean and comfortable home to stay in for a few days away. Maybe something to take on board for future guests would be a peeler, tin opener and some bbq utensils. Overall would recommend to others."

"Great house - perfect for our large family group, plenty of indoor and outdoor space.Well presented and clean - fantastic kitchen space.Amazing water pressure in the showersOnly minor niggles - the master bedroom bed was too hard for my liking even with a topper pad and the outdoor table only had enough seating for 6 so 2 of our number had to eat at the outdoor lounge sectional"

"We were booked for Two nights over the weekend, we managed to get the Friday off so changed to three nights, nothing was an issue, easy communicaA lovely character turn of last century cottage located a short distance from Martinborough centre, just what we wanted. Will definitely use again if available."
