"Beach bungalows on a deserted island, and yes, it IS a deserted island. Our stay at this resort on Ko Lon was probably the most memorable part of our trip to Thailand. The bungalows were very spacious and elegant, with fairly nice finishing throughout. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful- it felt like we were staying with friends! "Are you for real! I book this hotel with hotels.com and when we arrived via taxi and long tail boat the place had been closed for more than a year. The boat left and we was stranded on this island for over 2 hot hours without water.. Just a big bloody THANK YOU! hotels.com for ruining our perfect 3 day romantic break. WELL DONE "
