"Your close to many things that your able to walk to. The location is awesome. Easy to get to the beach, shopping etc. very clean condo. The only bad thing is that the property manager or owner is extremely hard to get in contact with him. We stayed January 2024."

"Excellent location in central Patong. Wonderful views of city and mountains one side. Ocean view other side. Everything provided with great TV and internet. Maintenance of condo leaking air conditioning and old cabinets in bathroom is required. "

"It was terrible with the bed, it’s realy uncomfortable and caused me back pain ! The same as Pillows, so old and uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning in the reception, it was so hot and intolerable ! Costumer service by phone totally unreliable, so you always to contact them by sms !!!!! "

"No help provided by any staff, no room cleaning, i had to pay for electricity, water and cleaning when i leaft. Bath tub was full of leaves and hair. Remote control for tv didnt work and had to call the owner several times and text message the owner but didnt get any help. There was a hole in my front door filled up with tissues and garbage and stray cats everywhere infront of the building. Dont stay here, save your money."

"the lamp was broken when i went in, in the living room and i found some hairs on a sofa.. there is no toilet papers so you'd have to go buy except the ones that are there for 1 use..other than that the area is good, everything is close by but i wouldnt recommend this place if you are staying more than 4 days. i think 3 days might be the best because the place gets dirty and you have to pay for the room cleaning service, which is expensive."

"We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults & 13,5 year old) who stayed here for almost a month. The apartment is as pictured and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the gym and pool and the cafe downstairs. There was a 7-11 and Go Fresh grocery store within walking distance and local restaurants/street food within walking distance. "Everything was pretty good with HOMA. I found the location kinda far from many activities i wanted to do outside of old town. Most rides ended up about 15-40 mins. Check in was simple but they do not have a in-room phone so you have to get an app or ask at the desk. But for a short stay it was not bad at all these are just the things that were negative"

"As a whole our stay was good. We enjoyed using the gym facilities and felt our condo was very private and quiet. We also felt the price paid for the accommodation was good value for money. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying at The View due to its location. Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort And Spa

"Amazing experience at Novotel Kata Avista. We were staying in a family room as travelled with our 2 children. The room was great with wonderful little gestures for the children. The hotel catters very well for the little ones - the kids club, rooms, breakfast, small swimming pool etc. The only drawback would be that the hotel is situated on a steep hill but this didn't bother us and even the children managed to go up and downhill twice a day. The hotel offered free shuttle to the beach but honestly, it is so close that it is not worth using it. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby."

"The private beach was beautiful and convenient. The property is a bit tucked away but that didnt bother us too much. Free daily shuttle to/from Patong Beach. Wide food selection. Spa was amazing. Pools were fun and family friendly. Lots of activities for kids I would recommend having enough clean clothes for your entire stay or get laundry done outside the hotel. We got 12 pieces washed and cost us about 1700THB at the hotel. Overall, excellent family vacation thanks to Marriott Phuket and staff!"
