"The hostel was super clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early. It smelt amazing, the staff were super helpful. Room was spacious clean, shower was powerful. Bed was a little hard but we liked that. Allowed us to leave our bags before our pickup. Great location. "

"A calm place near the town. Sympathic and nice people ready to serve you. Excellent coffee. The room was just large enough for 3 people. The bathroom should be larger and missing a place to put our clothes. But the stay was very pleasant."

"What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. Steps away is a great locals restaurant where we were able to eat for a family of 3 for about $9 CAD. "The owners were so lovely and attentive, made sure we got onto our experience and always asked how we were! Room was comfy! Location good, only 10 mins walk to the old town where there is some good food options! Definitely would stay again."

"Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. Everytime I’m going to Phuket I’m coming here. "

"Let me start off by saying that the staff member, the husband and wife are extremely nice. This hotel has no let me say it again no elevator and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even exist up in our room. They put my family up on the 4 floor two adults and two kidsr. We had to carry our luggage, super heavy up to the fourth floor and back down when we checked out. " The check-in process was very difficult. Plan on waiting for a key. When she finally did and you want to rest and relax but the air-conditioner barely works. What makes this day intolerable is the rooster that starts crowing at 2 AM in the morning and doesn’t stop till 7 AM. The whole situation is obnoxious! The only thing positive about the stay is the view of The Big Buddha"

"Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all"

"Everything was pretty good with HOMA. I found the location kinda far from many activities i wanted to do outside of old town. Most rides ended up about 15-40 mins. Check in was simple but they do not have a in-room phone so you have to get an app or ask at the desk. But for a short stay it was not bad at all these are just the things that were negative"

"As a whole our stay was good. We enjoyed using the gym facilities and felt our condo was very private and quiet. We also felt the price paid for the accommodation was good value for money. Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort And Spa

"Amazing experience at Novotel Kata Avista. We were staying in a family room as travelled with our 2 children. The room was great with wonderful little gestures for the children. The hotel catters very well for the little ones - the kids club, rooms, breakfast, small swimming pool etc. The only drawback would be that the hotel is situated on a steep hill but this didn't bother us and even the children managed to go up and downhill twice a day. The hotel offered free shuttle to the beach but honestly, it is so close that it is not worth using it. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby."

"The private beach was beautiful and convenient. The property is a bit tucked away but that didnt bother us too much. Free daily shuttle to/from Patong Beach. Wide food selection. Spa was amazing. Pools were fun and family friendly. Lots of activities for kids I would recommend having enough clean clothes for your entire stay or get laundry done outside the hotel. We got 12 pieces washed and cost us about 1700THB at the hotel. Overall, excellent family vacation thanks to Marriott Phuket and staff!"
