"Property is dated and could use a face lift. Pool is not very big and can be crowded depending on number of guests present. There is a shuttle to downtown which operates until 6 PM. Breakfast was fine but nothing special."

A big selection but everything a little bit dirty and too much. Poolarea was always full because some people reserve the place with there towels in the morning. Nice gardens around the property. 3 lee downs were, 1 both pools looked a bit murky so didn’t use them, loos near restaurant and beach were filthy and in desperate need of upgrading, seriously, a good regular clean would have been nice, I complained a couple of time about cleaning them!! Everyone wants chairs near beach as it’s cooler so maybe bring unused pool chairs and put...

"We enjoyed every minute of our 5 day stay in March 2025. Our little villa was perfect, situated nicely between the three beaches that surround the resort. Getting to watch the monkeys as we were walking to the beach was always a treat. The food was really good, and in particular the Grotto restaurant at Phranang Beach had not only great food but the views from there are breathtaking. "Beautiful new resort with spectacular view of the sea. Ko Yao Yai is a small Island which is interesting and safe to explore by scooter unlike most places. This is a place to escape..especially for families with young children"
