"The property is located very close to restaurants shops and bars. Next to it the owner has a motorcycle rent and laundry, the check in lady was very polite. They allowed us to leave our luggage in their storage before check in and after check out time. The room has a fan and the shower it’s next to the toilet with enough space. It’s has a small fridge and a warm blanket which you don’t need. For the price this is a great option. "

"Excellent little self contained flat. We loved having a small kitchen to cook some things and save money. Great having lots of surface space, a little balcony and eveything clean. It is very difficult to find this place however, as there is no signs and no advance instructions from the hosts, so this is a little stressful. It is just behind a nail salon, having to go down the side of a house. Also needs some structural work. Would recommended though as great value for money and easy 5-10 min...

As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "We picked Grandmom's Place just needing to spend one night in Krabi Town. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was very good value for money. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor. "Really good find, so good we stayed an extra night at a days notice. Seems the double rooms here get booked up quickly but the twin was easy to rebook. Spacious room, good modern shower room, good size balcony and super comfy beds. Cats galore here, im more of a dog person but was taken in by the 7 felines. Owners really lovely, messaged in advance of check in to see if we needed collecting from the car ferry at Koh Lanta Noi, left us chocolates on our NYD room clean. Highly recommended. "

"Convenient location since it's a 15 minute walk from the beach and just minutes from convenient stores and restaurants. I was delighted by how pleasant the staff were. They were very helpful. My only gripe is that the condo suite itself is a little outdated, so the items in the kitchen were operational but a little too basic. For the price though, it was a great deal. I will stay here again if I'm in Krabi in the future because of the staff. "
