"Great spot, easy access from ferry boat dock. Very decent breakfast as well, with an even better view. Pool was very peacefyul and beautiful with almost outside noises from around the property. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be staying again."

"Luggage deliverer met us at the pier holding a sign and delivered our suitcases back to the hotel without us even contacting them. they also did delivery when we left. View was amazing. Breakfast also amazing with many selections. sadly they only had a 2 twin beds that can't be moved together. I did see a cockroach running out of the trash can but can't blame them we're in SE Asia. the room was extremely spacious with kitchen sink / microwave / fridge / living room and the bathroom even had a window so you can do your business and enjoy the nice view. room was cleaned everyday. the shower was clogged so hopefully someone fixed it after we left and let them know. Infinity pool was also great. Massages right outside the hotel for around 400 baht for an hour. It's about a 10 min walk to the main section of town so at night it was pretty quiet. much older folks staying here too so not much party scene if you're looking for a quiet place. the hotel also arranged boat tours but you can get a much cheaper price for luxury one in town haggling with the boat captains. we liked it way more than our Phuket and Krabi hotels. would stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel right on the most beautiful beach along the Leam Tong coast. Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant area needs a major cleaning."

"We spent six nights at Phi Phi Relax resort. We were a bit unlucky with the weather most of the days, with rain, strong winds and lots of clouds, which we were told was very unusual. I also had a very bad stomach for one and a half day, but the staff was so nice and helpful, both to my husband, who had to eat his meals alone, and to me bringing medicine and rice soup and being very caring Thank you, Laura, and all the rest of you. Be aware, that when you arrive on the longtail boat, you will get wet, when you get off, as there is no pier. So shorts are recommended. Also, it is good to bring some bathing shoes, as there are quite a few rocks in the water. When the water is clear, you will see them (and a lot of fish), but on windy days, bathing shoes are nice to have. The beach is beautiful, and as you can only get to this resort by boat or about one hours walk, it is very quiet and nice. We had a very nice bungalow right on the beach, with a wonderful terrasse, where we could sit/lie and read on rainy days. The resort really lives up to its name - it is a great place for relaxation. But the best thing about this place is the fantastic staff! They made us feel at home, had a good sense of humor, and were always very helpful."

"I loved that this property was in walking distance of the main pier (we came from Ao Nang, Krabi ferry). Everyone was delightful and helpful. The breakfast that is included (at least our stay) was fabulous - good healthy options included. We are right between opposite beaches on the north and south side (near Ao Ton Sai Pier and Loh Dalum beach) - how convenient is that? There is also a beautiful pool which we didn't use since we were busy sight seeing. What was a surprise, is that, as soon as you get off the ferry, there was someone with a sign for Phi Phi Harborview hotel waiting for you and they helped walk to your hotel. A tiny bit of feedback to the hotel: I had messaged the hotel via Expedia about how to get to the hotel from the Pier (it wasn't clear someone would meet us or that it was so close to the Pier). I was a little worried until I got the Pier and saw someone holding a sign."

"Hotel has its own free longboat service to get help take you and your bags to and from the ferry. Walk to main part of town was short, only a tiny bit across the beach then on a path. Hotel room was nice. Pool area, bar area and bathrooms in need of some TLC."
